Convert PowerPoint presentations to PDF for easy sharing and printing.
Overview
The PowerPoint to PDF tool converts .ppt and .pptx presentation files into PDF format. Slide layouts, images, shapes, charts, and text formatting are preserved. Each slide becomes a page in the resulting PDF.

How to Use
- Navigate to PowerPoint to PDF from the Conversion menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Convert to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
The converter processes all slides in the presentation. Animations and transitions are not included in the PDF output; each slide is captured as a static page.
Tips & Notes
If your presentation uses custom fonts, embed them in the PowerPoint file before uploading to ensure accurate rendering in the PDF.
Speaker notes and hidden slides are not included in the converted PDF. Only visible slides are rendered.
