Split PDF
Split a PDF into multiple smaller files.
Overview
The Split PDF tool divides a single PDF document into multiple separate files. You can split by a fixed number of pages, at specific page numbers, or into individual single-page files. This is useful for breaking up large reports, distributing sections separately, or extracting chapters.
How to Use
- Navigate to Split PDF from the Page Management menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Configure the split method and page ranges.
- Click Split to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Split method | Choose how to split: by page count (e.g., every 5 pages), at specific page numbers, or every page into its own file. |
| Page numbers | When splitting at specific pages, enter the page numbers where splits should occur. |
Tips & Notes
Tip
The output is delivered as a ZIP archive containing all the split files, each named with the original filename and page range.
Note
If you only need to pull out specific pages without splitting the entire document, Extract Pages may be a better fit.
