Your Profile
View and manage your personal information and account details.
Overview
Your profile page displays your personal details, account information, and document processing statistics. You can update your name, company, and password from this page.
Viewing Your Profile
To access your profile, click your name or the profile icon in the top navigation bar and select Profile. Your profile page shows:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email address (your login identifier)
- Company (optional)
- Account creation date
- Subscription status and plan details
Editing Your Profile
You can update the following fields from the profile edit form:

| First Name | Your given name. This is displayed across the site and in any communications. |
| Last Name | Your family name or surname. |
| Company | Optional. Your organisation or company name for reference. |
Your email address cannot be changed from the profile page as it is used as your unique login identifier. If you need to change your email, please contact support.
To save your changes, click Update Profile. A confirmation message appears when your profile has been updated successfully.
Processing Statistics
Your profile page includes a summary of your document processing activity:
- Total documents processed — the number of PDF operations you have completed
- Documents this month — your usage for the current billing period
- Storage used — the amount of storage consumed by retained files
These statistics help you track your usage against your subscription plan limits.
Changing Your Password
To change your password:
- Navigate to your profile page.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password for verification.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Update Password.
Your new password must meet the same password requirements as when you registered: at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, digit, and special character.
Deleting Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from your profile page. This is provided in accordance with your GDPR right to erasure.
- Navigate to your Profile page.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
- Click Delete My Account.
- In the confirmation dialog, tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the consequences.
- Click Permanently Delete Account.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be removed immediately:
- Your profile and login credentials
- File operation history
- Saved workflows and workflow executions
- Support tickets and comments
- Subscription data
- User preferences
If you are the sole administrator of the site, you cannot delete your own account. Assign the Admin role to another user first.
