Mapsoft PDF Hub is a suite of 40+ online PDF tools that let you convert, merge, compress, edit, sign, protect, and analyse PDF documents directly in your browser. No software installation is required. All processing happens on our secure UK servers.
Yes. All tools are free to use. Anonymous users can process files up to 10MB with 5 operations per day. Creating a free account increases this to 25MB and 15 operations per day. Super User subscribers get 100MB files and unlimited operations.
Our tools support a wide range of formats:
- To PDF: Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), JPEG, PNG, HTML
- From PDF: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPEG/PNG images, HTML, PDF/A, PDF/X
- PDF operations: All standard PDF files (PDF 1.0 through 2.0)
Security & Privacy
Yes. Your files are protected by multiple layers of security:
- All transfers use TLS/HTTPS encryption
- Files are processed on ISO 27001-certified UK servers in a Tier IV data centre
- Your data never leaves the UK
- Files are automatically deleted after processing
- We never read, analyse, or share the content of your documents

For anonymous users, files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Registered free-account users can access processed files for up to 24 hours. Super User subscribers can access files for up to 7 days. You can also choose a shorter retention period in your account settings.
Yes. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No penalties or hidden fees.
