Convert Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to PDF documents.
Overview
The Excel to PDF tool converts .xls and .xlsx spreadsheet files into PDF format. Charts, tables, formatting, and cell styles are faithfully preserved in the output. Each worksheet is rendered according to its print area and page layout settings.

How to Use
- Navigate to Excel to PDF from the Conversion menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Convert to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
The converter automatically processes all worksheets in the workbook. Page orientation, margins, and scaling are derived from the spreadsheet's existing print settings.
Tips & Notes
Set a defined print area in Excel before uploading to control exactly which cells appear in the PDF. Without a print area, the entire used range of each sheet is converted.
Very wide spreadsheets may span multiple PDF pages. Adjust column widths or use landscape orientation in Excel for a cleaner result.
