PDF to Excel
Extract tables and data from PDFs into editable Excel spreadsheets.
Overview
The PDF to Excel tool converts PDF documents into .xlsx format. It detects tabular data within the PDF and maps rows and columns into spreadsheet cells, making the data easy to sort, filter, and analyse in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.

How to Use
- Navigate to PDF to Excel from the Conversion menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Convert to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
The converter automatically detects table boundaries and assigns data to the appropriate cells. Each page with tabular content may be placed on a separate worksheet.
Tips & Notes
PDFs with clearly structured tables and consistent gridlines produce the best results. If your PDF contains scanned images of tables, run OCR PDF first to make the text extractable.
Non-tabular content such as paragraphs and images may not transfer meaningfully to a spreadsheet. Use PDF to Word for those documents instead.
