Export Form Data
Export AcroForm field names and values from a filled PDF form.
Overview
The Export Form Data tool reads the AcroForm fields in a PDF and exports their names and current values. The output can be in FDF (Forms Data Format), XFDF (XML Forms Data Format), or XML. This is useful for collecting form submissions, importing data into databases, or pre-filling other forms.
How to Use
- Navigate to Export Form Data from the Extraction menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Select the desired output format.
- Click Export to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.

Tips & Notes
Tip
XFDF is the most widely compatible format for exchanging form data between systems. Use XML if you need a standard data format for integration with other applications.
Note
This tool works with standard AcroForm fields only. For XFA-based forms, use Export XFA Data instead.
