Page Manager
Visual interface for managing, reordering, and editing PDF pages.
Overview
The Page Manager provides an interactive visual interface for working with PDF pages. You can see thumbnail previews of every page, then drag to reorder, select pages to delete, rotate individual pages, or insert pages from other PDFs. It combines many page operations into a single, intuitive tool.
How to Use
- Navigate to Page Manager from the Page Management menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Use the visual thumbnail grid to reorder, rotate, or delete pages as needed.
- Optionally upload additional PDFs to insert pages from other documents.
- Click Apply to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Reorder | Drag and drop page thumbnails to rearrange the page order. |
| Delete | Select one or more pages and remove them from the document. |
| Rotate | Rotate selected pages by 90° increments. |
| Insert | Add pages from another PDF at any position in the document. |
Tips & Notes
Tip
The Page Manager is the best choice when you need to perform multiple page operations at once. For a single operation (e.g., just removing pages), the dedicated tools may be faster.

Thumbnails are low-resolution previews. The full-quality content is preserved in the output document.
