Reorganize PDF

Drag-and-drop page reordering for quick PDF restructuring.

Overview

The Reorganize PDF tool provides a streamlined drag-and-drop interface for rearranging the page order of a PDF document. Page thumbnails are displayed in a grid, and you simply drag pages to their new positions. The tool is optimised for fast reordering without the additional options of the full Page Manager.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Reorganize PDF from the Page Management menu.
  2. Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
  3. Drag page thumbnails to rearrange them in the desired order.
  4. Click Apply to process.
  5. Download the result when processing completes.

Options

The tool focuses on page reordering. Drag and drop pages to rearrange them. No additional configuration is needed.

Tips & Notes

Tip

If you also need to delete or rotate pages while reordering, use the full Page Manager tool which supports all operations in one view.

Note

Bookmarks and internal links are updated to reflect the new page order automatically.
