Remove Blank Pages
Automatically detect and remove blank or near-blank pages from a PDF.
Overview
The Remove Blank Pages tool analyses each page of a PDF and removes pages that contain no meaningful content. This is particularly useful for cleaning up scanned documents where blank separator pages or the backs of single-sided originals were captured during duplex scanning.
How to Use
- Navigate to Remove Blank Pages from the Page Management menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Remove Blank Pages to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
The tool uses automatic blank page detection. Pages with no text, images, or vector content are identified as blank and removed. Near-blank pages with only minimal noise (such as scanner artefacts) are also detected.
Tips & Notes
Review the page count before and after processing to confirm the correct pages were removed. Pages with very faint watermarks or headers may be considered non-blank.
If you know exactly which pages to remove, use Remove Pages for precise control.
