Overview
The Summarize PDF tool uses artificial intelligence to read and analyse the text content of a PDF, then produces a concise summary of the key points, themes, and conclusions. This is ideal for quickly understanding lengthy reports, research papers, contracts, or any text-heavy document without reading it in full.
How to Use
- Navigate to Summarize PDF from the Analysis menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Summarize to process.
- Review the generated summary displayed on screen or download it.
Options
The AI analyses the full text content of the document and generates a structured summary. No additional configuration is required.
Tips & Notes
For scanned PDFs, run OCR PDF first to create a text layer. The summarizer requires extractable text to generate an accurate summary.
The summary is generated by AI and should be reviewed for accuracy. It is intended as a helpful overview, not a replacement for reading critical documents in full.
