Analyse PDF
Generate a detailed structure and content report for a PDF document.
Overview
The Analyse PDF tool inspects a PDF document and produces a comprehensive report covering its structure, content, and properties. The report includes page count, page dimensions, fonts used, image count and resolution, colour spaces, metadata, PDF version, encryption status, form fields, annotations, and compliance with standards such as PDF/A and PDF/X.
How to Use
- Navigate to Analyse PDF from the Analysis menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Click Analyse to process.
- Review the report displayed on screen or download it.
Options
The analysis is automatic and comprehensive. No configuration is required. The report covers all aspects of the PDF structure and content.
Tips & Notes
Use the analysis report to determine which tools you need. For example, if the report shows non-embedded fonts, you may need to convert to PDF/A. If it shows large images, compression may help reduce file size.
The report is read-only and does not modify the original document in any way.
