Clip PDF
Crop PDF pages to a specific area, removing unwanted margins or content.
Overview
The Clip PDF tool crops pages in a PDF document to a defined rectangular area. Content outside the crop region is hidden (clipped). This is useful for removing large margins, trimming scanned edges, or isolating a specific area of each page.
How to Use
- Navigate to Clip PDF from the Page Management menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Define the crop area by specifying margins or coordinates.
- Click Clip to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Crop margins | Specify how much to trim from each edge (top, bottom, left, right) in points or millimetres. |
| Page range | Apply clipping to all pages or selected pages only. |
Tips & Notes
Tip
Clipping adjusts the visible area but does not permanently delete the hidden content from the file. To permanently remove cropped content, flatten the document afterwards.
Note
If you need to change the overall page size rather than crop, use Resize Page which scales content to fit a new size.
