Resize Page
Change the page dimensions of a PDF to a standard or custom size.
Overview
The Resize Page tool changes the page dimensions of a PDF document. You can resize to standard paper sizes (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.) or specify custom dimensions. Content is scaled to fit the new page size. This is useful for reformatting documents for different printers or standardising page sizes across a document.
How to Use
- Navigate to Resize Page from the Page Management menu.
- Upload your file using drag-and-drop, Browse Files, or cloud storage (Dropbox / Google Drive).
- Select a target page size or enter custom dimensions.
- Click Resize to process.
- Download the result when processing completes.
Options
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Page size | Choose a standard size (A4, A3, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, etc.) or enter custom width and height. |
| Orientation | Portrait or Landscape. |
| Page range | Apply resizing to all pages or specific pages. |
Tips & Notes
When resizing, content is scaled proportionally to fit within the new dimensions. If you need to crop rather than scale, use Clip PDF instead.
Resizing from a larger to a smaller page size may reduce the apparent size of text and images. Check that the result is still legible at the new dimensions.
